One day of onsite event support related to the Live Event Control System. 4 weeks advance scheduling notice is required. Commissioning is onsite on customer supplied equipment. Commissioning labor is invoiced at time of purchase or upon equipment shipment. Travel and accommodation expenses are NOT included and will be invoiced separately. Customer is responsible for any costs associated with cancellation or rescheduling of onsite services. Once a purchase order is received, all Ross Video commissioning and/or training services may be scheduled by sending an e-mail request to services@rossvideo.com.
